We are Melbourne's, one of a kind, original bratwurst shop. Continuing to serve you grilled, piping hot bratwursts  for you to enjoy.

We have been serving our famous 'brats' for over twenty years at Melbourne's Queen Victoria Market.

Our very own 'wurst' is made  to our own recipe including a unique blend of high quality Australian meat and spices.

Traditionally, it has become a local favourite served in a bread roll with mustard and sauerkraut. To tickle your taste buds our array of condiments, sauces and toppings, are sure to please.
